is currently seeking an
** MES Product Manager
** for our
** Salt Lake City, UT location,
** or
** another Hexcel manufacturing location**, to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capabilities across the enterprise. This role serves as the bridge between manufacturing operations, IT, and software development, ensuring MES solutions drive measurable business value across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The MES Product Manager owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

This position requires strong manufacturing domain knowledge, experience with enterprise MES platforms, and the ability to operate across multi-site, cross-functional environments.
** The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
*** Define and drive the MES product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise manufacturing and digital transformation priorities.
* Ensure end-to-end alignment of MES with ERP (D365), planning/scheduling systems, shop floor automation, and enterprise data platforms.
* Identify and scale standard MES capabilities across sites to enable consistency, efficiency, and best practice adoption in manufacturing processes.
* Act as the voice of manufacturing operations, translating business and plant needs into clear, value-driven product capabilities.
* Partner cross-functionally with plant leadership, quality, engineering, and supply chain to prioritize high-impact use cases and solutions.
* Establish and govern business case development, prioritization frameworks, and value realization tracking to ensure measurable outcomes.
* Lead product execution by defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear definition of done and alignment with Agile practices.
* Drive backlog prioritization based on business value, risk, and strategic alignment, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
* Ensure MES architecture and integrations align with enterprise standards, including ERP (D365), machine connectivity (e.g., OPC/Kepware), and data/analytics platforms, in partnership with IT and architecture teams.
* Lead global or multi-site MES deployments, including UAT, change management, training, go-live execution, and hypercare, while driving user adoption and process standardization.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent
* 5+ years in Manufacturing, MES, or industrial systems
* Experience with product management tools and methodologies, including Agile frameworks
* Excellent communication skills both with non-technical stakeholders and technical development team
* Excellent project management skills
* Warehouse/Inventory management system deployment experience preferred
* Experience with Data Analytics principles
* Experience with data management strongly preferred
* Experience in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar strongly preferred
