Systems Engineer

Job Description

The Systems Engineer is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the IT systems of our client and their remote clients. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and other IT teams to identify requirements, suggest technical solutions, and implement technologies effectively.

Additionally, a strong focus on automating IT processes for increased efficiency and supporting cloud environments is essential.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra /Azure AD (IDM)
• Automation (Scripting through Power Shell, Python, C#, etc.)
• Familiarity with integration to other products (Workday, any patient care software, Matrix, Fresh Service ticketing system, Networking)
• Familiarity with Meraki stack
• Strong Azure Cloud or AWS experience

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Technologies, including Microsoft Azure and AWS Technologies.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and configuration.
• Experience with VMware Technologies for virtualization solutions.
• Proficiency in Power Shell and Python scripting for automation tasks.
• Solid understanding of Networking principles and technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
