Job Description
The Systems Engineer is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the IT systems of our client and their remote clients. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and other IT teams to identify requirements, suggest technical solutions, and implement technologies effectively.
Additionally, a strong focus on automating IT processes for increased efficiency and supporting cloud environments is essential.
Key Skills- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra /Azure AD (IDM)
- Automation (Scripting through Power Shell, Python, C#, etc.)
- Familiarity with integration to other products (Workday, any patient care software, Matrix, Fresh Service ticketing system, Networking)
- Familiarity with Meraki stack
- Strong Azure Cloud or AWS experience
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Technologies, including Microsoft Azure and AWS Technologies.
- Proficiency in Active Directory management and configuration.
- Experience with VMware Technologies for virtualization solutions.
- Proficiency in Power Shell and Python scripting for automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of Networking principles and technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are advantageous. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
