Nexus-IT-Inc is seeking a Tier 2 Escalations Technician in Salt Lake City, UT, working hybrid. You will handle complex issues escalated from Tier 1 and act as a bridge to senior engineering resources. This role requires strong networking, Windows Server, and M365 expertise.
You will provide on-site support as needed, mentor Tier 1 staff, and collaborate with NOC and Field Services to keep client environments healthy and secure. On-call rotations are part of the job to ensure timely resolutions.
