iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Advisor Platform Product team. This individual will work to strengthen platform resilience and inform risk-aware decisions that influence product strategy and execution. The role involves learning the platform deeply, managing incidents end-to-end, and translating risk insights into practical improvements. The candidate will partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify patterns and drive systemic fixes that influence roadmap priorities.

• Manage the full incident lifecycle including intake, triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Turn recurring issues into systemic fixes and provide roadmap recommendations.
• Incorporate risk-adjusted thinking into product planning and new launches.
• Standardize playbooks and align with enterprise frameworks.
• Deliver concise updates and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
• Use risk insights to influence product decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Track and resolve incidents with clear, maintainable documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, and Risk teams.

• 6–10+ years in product management, risk management, or operations in complex environments
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle risks and operational controls
• Experience in fintech or financial services; familiarity with SDLC and enterprise risk frameworks
• Able to proactively influence decisions and drive accountability
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and dashboards to identify patterns and inform decisions
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready summaries
• Familiarity with SQL is preferred
• Experience with workflow and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ) and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package including salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer-matched retirement plan and health benefits.

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will typically work in the office Monday–Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays where applicable.
