Role Overview

The Northrop Grumman PMO team is seeking a Computer Operations Analyst to join its dynamic team of technical professionals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems support team under the Chief Information & Digital office (CIDO). The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our facility/campus. This is not a virtual position.

Analyze, document, and report computer processing problems; determine cause, assess alternative solutions, implement corrective action, and monitor to avoid recurrence. Develop, coordinate, and maintain department operating procedures and systems to ensure effective problem-solving operations.

• Master’s degree with 0 years of IT experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of IT experience; OR an Associates degree with 4 years of IT experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of IT experience.
• US Government 8140 (8570 equivalent) IAT Level II, or higher, baseline certification.
• Experience with Microsoft products, such as Windows Desktop OS and Office Product Suite.
• Ability to work after hours and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance.
