About The Role

Position Title: I.T. Production Support Analyst

Position Overview: The Production Support Analyst provides day-to-day support for business systems, technology, and end users across the organization. This role serves as the first point of contact for system issues, user requests, data concerns, and basic IT support needs. Working closely with the Business Systems Analyst, this position helps ensure business applications, reporting tools, and office technology operate efficiently while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for enterprise business applications, software platforms, and end users across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
• Assist with user setup, permissions, system testing, and data maintenance.
• Support Power BI reports and investigate data discrepancies.
• Monitor system integrations and identify or report errors and failures.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with user training and onboarding.
• Provide day-to-day in-office IT support, resolving hardware, software, workstation, printer, and meeting room technology issues.
• Partners with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues and improve business processes.
• Ticketing Management of our Jira and Asana tasks.

Qualifications

Required

• 1–3 years of experience in a support, technology, business systems, or related role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and business applications.

Preferred

• Exposure to Salesforce, Power BI, or similar business systems.
• Experience supporting end users in a business environment.
• Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (or interest in pursuing certification).
