Help Desk Engineer

HR Mango is partnering with a global organization to hire an experienced 2nd Line IT Help Desk Engineer to support their U.S. operations. This is a unique opportunity to be the primary IT resource for the Salt Lake City office, providing hands‑on technical support while collaborating with global IT teams to keep business operations running smoothly.

• Provide onsite technical support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networking, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management.
• Manage incidents and service requests through JIRA ITSM.
• Coordinate with global IT teams and third‑party vendors on escalated issues and IT projects.
• Maintain IT documentation and identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience.

• 3+ years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or 2nd Line Support experience.
• Strong experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Entra /Active Directory, Intune, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management and ticketing systems (JIRA preferred).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000/year +
quarterly profitability bonus
