Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Service Max Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Service Max Field Service Management solutions for enterprise clients. This role will serve as the technical and functional lead for Service Max programs, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable field service solutions, global deployments, system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing platform evolution.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Lead Service Max implementations, enhancements, and global rollouts across multiple regions and business units.
- Define solution architecture and best practices for Service Max Field Service Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate field service requirements into scalable solutions.
- Configure and optimize Service Max modules, workflows, forms, scheduling, service execution, and mobile capabilities.
- Lead release management, testing strategies, upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Support integrations between Service Max, Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct solution reviews, and mentor administrators and developers.
- Drive platform adoption, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support production issues, complex troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
- 8+ years of Service Max experience with 3+ years of Service Max architecture or lead implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Service Max deployments, upgrades, and global rollouts.
- Strong expertise in Service Max Field Service Management configuration and solution design.
- Experience with Service Max testing, release management, enhancements, and production support.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience integrating Service Max with ERP, Service Now, and other enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, offshore resources, and client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Asset 360 and Servigistics preferred.
- Salesforce certifications preferred;
Service Max certifications are highly desirable.
