Moog is seeking an IT Site Support Technician II for on-site support in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role reports to the Regional IT Site Support Team Lead and operates on a 9/80 schedule.
Responsibilities include diagnosing IT issues, deploying PC equipment, and providing end-user support across sites in Salt Lake City and nearby regions. Candidates should have Windows 10/11 expertise, CompTIA A+/Net+, ITIL v4 Foundation, and experience with service desk software.
