Application Support Specialist

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- Salesforce Developer I & Developer II certifications
- Must be local to Dallas, 5 Days Onsite, No Remote Option
Required Skills:
- Supporting Java Microservices and applications built using Springboot
- Strong knowledge of CRM applications
- Experience in APEX Coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API Integration, and Flows
- Experienced in Service Cloud features such as Web-to-Case and Assignment Rules and Experience Cloud
- AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure as Code:
Terraform, Cloud Formation - Troubleshooting Linux/Windows systems
- AWS CLI, scripting (Python, Bash, Power Shell)
- Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication/presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience supporting AWS infrastructure, networking, cloud automation, and platform performance
- Ability to independently provide application support, code, test, debug, and deploy code
Role and Responsibilities:
The candidate should be willing to do Application Support on rotation as needed by the customer. They must be proficient and have automation experience in relevant technologies and tools.
Job Description:
The Application Support Specialist for the SLC location will be responsible for providing support for Java Microservices and applications built using Springboot. The candidate will need to have strong knowledge of CRM applications and experience in APEX Coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API Integration, and Flows. They will work with AWS services and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Cloud Formation.
The role includes troubleshooting Linux/Windows systems, scripting, and providing automation support. The candidate should also have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be ready to work on-site in Dallas with no remote option available.
