Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Dev Ops Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Cloud Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, or comparable tools.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Experience deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and Helm.
- Strong knowledge of Git and modern source code management best practices.
- Experience developing automation solutions using Java, Python, JavaScript, Type Script, Bash, Groovy, or similar languages.
- Experience designing and supporting cloud-native environments on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or AWS.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops practices, policy-as-code, secrets management, and security automation.
- Experience implementing Git Ops methodologies using Argo CD, Flux, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical enterprise environments.

As a Platform Engineer (Dev Ops), you will help build and evolve modern engineering platforms that enable development teams to deliver software faster, more securely, and with greater reliability. You will work closely with software engineers, cloud architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to design scalable cloud-native solutions, automate operational processes, and improve platform capabilities across the software delivery lifecycle.
In this role, you will leverage technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Kubernetes, Terraform, Git Hub Actions, Docker, Helm, Splunk, and App Dynamics to create enterprise-grade platform solutions that support innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Design, build, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions and modern Dev Ops technologies.
- Administer and maintain source code repositories, branching strategies, release management processes, and code integration workflows.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Build and support cloud-native microservices, APIs, and platform automation services.
- Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and Helm.
- Design reusable platform services, tooling, and automation frameworks that improve developer productivity.
- Implement Dev Sec Ops practices by integrating security, compliance, governance, and quality controls into engineering workflows.
- Build and maintain observability solutions using Splunk, App Dynamics, Prometheus, ELK/Open Search, and related platforms.
- Design and support scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or AWS.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, networking, and platform issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver secure and reliable enterprise solutions.
