Onboarding Specialist

DiversiFI is an early-stage, venture-backed SaaS company transforming the 3PL and logistics industry.

We're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help deliver an exceptional implementation experience for our customers. You'll work closely with our Account Management team to onboard new customers, configure the platform, lead implementation meetings, and ensure customers are set up for long-term success.

Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid, 3 Days/Week. FT

• Manage customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Lead onboarding and training calls with customers.
• Ensure implementations stay on schedule and customers reach value quickly.
• Coordinate customer action items and maintain implementation timelines.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and partner with Product and Engineering when needed.

• Build trusted relationships with customers throughout implementation.
• Answer product questions and provide best-practice guidance.
• Proactively identify roadblocks and keep projects moving forward.
• Turn implementation challenges into positive customer experiences.

• Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure smooth and successful implementations.
• Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Product.
• Smooth hand offs from Sales to implementation
• Maintain accurate notes, implementation documentation, and customer status updates.

• Help create onboarding playbooks, SOPs, templates, and customer resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to building a world-class customer implementation process.

• 1+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, project management, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable leading customer meetings and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new software quickly.

• Experience in SaaS.
• Experience working with logistics, transportation, eCommerce, or 3PL customers.
• Experience with Hub Spot, , or similar CRM/project management tools.
