Provides hardware and software support for staff and students in a schools. Responsible for in school repair of devices along with trouble shooting classroom and office technology applications as needed. Attendance, physical presence, and timeliness are required and are essential functions of this position.
Essential Functions- Troubleshoot and repair devises on premise. This includes PCs, MAC, Chromebooks, various laptops, printers, and copiers.
- Work with staff at the school to troubleshoot classroom technology such as smartboards, and other classroom audio/visual equipment.
- Provide basic network troubleshooting in the school.
- Install, provision and update software on devices using the desktop management platforms in use by the district.
- Proved basic support for staff and student computer accounts.
- Give guidance on basic application installation and troubleshooting for all district supported applications.
- Manage and reset Access Points in the school as needed.
- Work with Network Engineers in supporting the school network infrastructure.
- Support IP and USP based phones.

High school diploma or equivalent
Required Certifications- A+ Certification or willing to obtain within 3 years
- Microsoft 365 Certification:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or willing to obtain within 3 years
- G Suite Certification
- Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE)
- Minimum of 3 years hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
- Repair of computers, standard printers, and multi-function printers and/or copiers.
- Ability to manage Active Directory accounts.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Knowledgeable in the use of the following applications:
- G Suite/Google
- Office 365 Applications and Administration
- Ivanti
- Lan School
- Canvas
- Focus
- Microsoft
- Optiview
-Filebound and attached scanners - Curriculum applications used by the district
- Other software in use by the district and school
Makes decisions concerning the best way to accomplish tasks assigned.

Budget ResponsibilityFinancially responsible to maintain and track purchase card usage and follow purchasing guidelines.
Collaborate to ensure appropriate spending of the school technology budget.
Work setting is a typical school environment.
