AI Enablement Intern
Big-D Companies is looking for an AI Enablement Intern to help accelerate adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies across our construction operations. We're seeking students interested in practical business application of AI, building agents, workflow automation, training, and change management. This internship is based in our Salt Lake City, UT office. Responsibilities include identifying repetitive workflows across our Operations, building Copilot prompts, agents, and playbooks, running AI training sessions, documenting AI use cases, and measuring adoption and time savings.
Skills required include strong AI tool usage (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude), process mapping, documentation, change management, concept training skills, and basic data analysis.
