Job Summary

Key Responsibilities- Automate recurring reporting and analysis for compensation functions.
- Design and build scalable data models and dashboards.
- Apply AI tools for data preparation and analysis.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows for reliable outputs.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience building data models and dashboards.
- Ability to apply AI and automation tools to analytics.
