University of Utah is seeking an IT Support / Help Desk Technician, II to provide timely IT and AV support to employees with basic first-level problems. The role covers onsite and remote users, creating and tracking help desk tickets, installing software and hardware, and managing accounts for new hires and terminations.
You will support printers and 3D printers, repair PCs and monitors, and perform routine maintenance on A/V equipment.
