The Department of Biochemistry IT team at the University of Utah Health seeks an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide first-line support for faculty, students, and staff on campus. This position will be the initial contact for technical issues across a wide range of devices and services.
Responsibilities include handling tickets, installing software/hardware, asset tracking, access provisioning, printer maintenance, and escalation when needed.
