• Real-Time Incident Triage:

  365  across multiple tools and independently manage and prioritize technical ticket queues in Remedy.
• Fault Isolation & Analysis:
  Proactively analyze alarms, pinpoint the root cause of infrastructure faults, and identify failed network elements (hardware, software, circuits).
• Global Notifications:
  Act as a critical node of communication, notifying essential points of contact based on heightened awareness networks and incident locations.
• Problem Resolution:
  Develop and maintain a centralized, known error database detailing defects, failures, and effective repair actions or workarounds.
• Fault Correction:
  Execute repairs, replacements, and global equipment configurations to restore baseline operations.
• Global Situational Awareness:
  Provide top-tier support and critical oversight to ensure mission assurance across the enterprise infrastructure

• DoD Familiarity: A solid understanding of DoDIN, DISN services, and incident management Network Controller Job.
• Analytical Prowess:
