Jet Blue is seeking a CTS Support Specialist for a 12-month assignment to support its IT environment, including hardware and applications used by Jet Blue crew members.
You will provide onsite and remote customer service, coordinate incidents to resolution, monitor systems, manage user access, and assist with software rollouts and documentation. Travel 50% and a collaborative IT culture expected.
