As the IT Operations Manager, you will help strengthen operational processes, improve system reliability, and ensure technology practices align with the Bank's security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys staying hands‑on while developing a high‑performing team and improving how IT operations are delivered across the organization.
