Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Support Analyst I to join their growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is passionate about technology.
- Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and Microsoft 365-related issues
- Create, manage, and resolve service desk tickets while meeting established service levels
- Support user account administration, including Active Directory user and group management
- Configure, deploy, image, and reimage laptops and desktop computers
- Assist with Microsoft 365 applications, including One Drive and SharePoint Online
- Support endpoint deployment and management tools used across the organization
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive end-user experience
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical support, desktop support, or help desk environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including One Drive and SharePoint Online
- Experience imaging and reimaging laptops and desktop computers
- Experience working with a ticketing or service desk platform
- Basic understanding of Active Directory user and group administration
- Working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with Service Desk Plus or similar IT service management tools
- Experience using Smart Deploy or other imaging/deployment solutions
- Basic Power Shell scripting knowledge
- Familiarity with endpoint deployment and management tools such as PDQ Connect
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
