Production support plays a vital role in enterprise technology, from algorithmic trading engines to regulatory reporting. As a production support analyst with mthree, you’ll be on a shared mission to look after the technical systems and processes other teams rely on.

Provision of continuous support and monitoring for production systems, handling incidents and ensuring system reliability.

• Discussion of production support activity at a high level including ITIL, monitoring, Dev Ops, SRE, and disaster recovery.
• Common financial topics such as financial markets, equity trading, derivatives, currency, treasury, regulation, and risk.
• Basic programming in Python – user input, data structures, and flow of control.
• Using MySQL to perform CRUD operations on a relational database.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related STEM subject.
• A GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Ability to troubleshoot using an analytical approach.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
