We’re looking for an HRIS Analyst II to join our People & Talent team and help optimize the technology, data, and processes that support our employees and  this role, you’ll serve as a key partner in the administration and continuous improvement of our HR technology environment, with a strong focus on Workday. You’ll configure and support Workday modules, maintain system security and integrations, support releases and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that are simple, efficient, and scalable.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams. You enjoy understanding how systems and processes work, solving problems, and finding ways to make technology work better for the people who rely on it.

What You’ll DoConfigure, enhance, and support Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent/Performance, and Benefits.

Maintain and administer Workday security groups, foundational tables, and inbound and outbound HCM integrations.

Partner with People & Talent leaders, business stakeholders, and support teams to understand system needs and recommend practical, efficient solutions.

Support Workday releases and updates by researching new functionality, assessing impacts, coordinating testing, and communicating recommended changes and enhancements.

Lead and contribute to continuous improvement efforts involving Workday business processes, workflows, integrations, reporting, and data integrity.

Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of organizational and employee data within Workday.

Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request support, and escalation management through ticketing and tracking systems.

Identify recurring issues, system gaps, and process inefficiencies and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.

Communicate system enhancements, releases, upgrades, and process changes to stakeholders and end users.
