We are seeking a Tax & planning Associate Attorney to handle complex legal matters. This role will allow you to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients and guide them through transformative business events.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and maintain a client-focused approach to their cases.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: non-profits (including corporate or tax nonprofit experience), corporate and partnership taxation, state and local taxation
• Licensed to practice law in Utah (or eligible for admission by reciprocity).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve diverse clients
