We are seeking a corporate associate attorney with experience handling complex corporate matters. This role will allow you to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients and guide them through transformative business events.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities act reporting and capital markets, fund formation, and debt finance. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing stock and asset purchase agreements, private placement memoranda, and SEC reporting and registrations.
• Licensed to practice law in Utah (or eligible for admission by reciprocity).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve diverse clients
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
