You will work alongside industry-leading partners on complex leveraged buyouts, multi-billion dollar mergers, and strategic corporate matters. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting complex M&A and private equity transactions, counseling sponsors and portfolio companies on corporate governance and financing, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to drive deals to successful closings.
This role requires an attorney with outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school, proven experience in sophisticated corporate law and private equity transactions, and an active license to practice law in the State of Utah.
