Strong & Hanni has an opportunity for an Associate Litigation Attorney in one of our insurance defense litigation practices. This position will join an established practice group focused on defense litigation. This position will primarily practice from our Salt Lake City, Utah office.

• Ability to take and defend depositions.
• Skilled in legal research methods.
• Ability to brief and argue motions.
• Excellent writing skills and legal analysis.
• Must be organized and self-motivated.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a history of effectively working independently and delivering a consistent work product.

• 2 + years of litigation experience.
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah.
