Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

Strong & Hanni has an opportunity for an associate litigation attorney in one of our insurance defense litigation practices. This position will join an established practice group focused on defense litigation. Strong & Hanni has available position in both our SLC and Sandy, UT offices.

• 2 + years of litigation experience
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah

• Ability to take and defend depositions
• Skilled in legal research methods
• Ability to brief and argue motions
• Excellent writing skills and legal analysis
• Must be organized and self-motivated
• Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a history of effectively working independently and delivering a consistent work product
