Lewis Brisbois' General Liability Practice is comprised of over 600 attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases across a variety of general liability areas. The group excels in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases, and has received notable recognition from the National Law Journal.

• Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery.
• Conduct hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop and execute defense strategies.

• 1 to 15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Admission to the Utah State Bar.
• Desire to work in a growing, collaborative firm.
