* About the Role:

** The Paralegal will support the Legal team and broader business units by assisting with the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining a variety of agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

* What you will do:

*** Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and other business-related documents.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, IT, HR) to ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk tolerance.
* Manage contract workflows and approvals using the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
* Track key contract terms, obligations, and renewal dates; ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
* Support Legal and business teams in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
** What you will bring:
*** Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
* 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in an in-house setting.
* Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
* Experience with CLM systems and contract databases.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
** What We Offer
** The Salary range for this opportunity is **$60,
