The Role- Hands-On Experience
:
Low partner-to-associate ratio ensures you lead discovery and motion practice from day one. - Sophisticated Practice
:
Manage litigation in state and federal venues for a diverse, innovative client base. - Balanced Expectations
: 1,800 billable hour target, plus dedicated hours for pro bono and D&I initiatives.
- Experience
: 2–4 years of commercial litigation at a top-tier firm. - Academics
:
Strong academic credentials and a passion for ongoing learning. - Licensure
:
Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Utah.
