Litigation Associate

As a Litigation Associate, you will work closely with experienced attorneys and clients on complex matters, including:

• Research and analyze sophisticated legal issues with efficiency and precision
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, and client correspondence
• Manage all phases of discovery
  
  Take and defend depositions
• Participate in hearings, trials, and strategic case development
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate within a highly cohesive, team-oriented environment

We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical skills with initiative and sound judgment.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience (commercial litigation preferred)
• Experience with in a corporate law firm litigation practice is a plus
• J.D. from an accredited, well-regarded law school
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of civil procedure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
