Litigation Associate

Snell & Wilmer’s Salt Lake City office seeks a Litigation, Investigations, and Trials junior associate with up to three years of experience, or coming from a judicial clerkship, to join our dynamic litigation team, help advise our clients, and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and arguing motions and assisting in complex litigation matters, including all stages of discovery and motion practice.

Excellent oral and written advocacy skills, with significant legal research experience are necessary. Participating in our local community is part of our credo and is expected of our team members. Utah bar license is required.

This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
