This is a full-time, on-site position for a Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for managing case files, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and preparing for court proceedings. This role involves legal research, the interpretation of laws and precedents, and representing clients in court when necessary. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Proficiency in Law with a strong understanding of legal principles and practices
• Experience in drafting and filing various Motions with attention to accuracy and legal compliance
• Ability to conduct thorough Research for case preparation and strategy development
• Experience with Depositions and managing discovery processes
• Familiarity with Courts, including knowledge of litigation processes and courtroom procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar license in Utah
• Prior experience in personal injury law or related practice areas is highly advantageous
