Established full‑service law firm has an immediate opportunity for an administrative law litigation associate attorney. Some litigation experience preferred, such as case management, discovery, research, and motion practice. Must be able to work independently, be detail oriented, and possess strong communications skills. Responsibilities would include all aspects of litigation, including assistance with administrative hearings. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced attorneys while providing exceptional legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings as necessary.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide assistance in hearing preparation.
- Utilize legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis‑Nexis effectively.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and gather necessary information.
- Assist in the development of case strategies that align with clients’ goals.
- Proficiency in litigation is highly desirable.
- Strong legal research skills using platforms like Westlaw and Lexis‑Nexis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
