Position Summary
We are seeking a Demand Planner to support forecasting and demand planning activities within multiple business units. This role will partner closely with commercial teams to develop accurate forecasts and improve demand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams.
- Analyze forecast performance and demand trends.
- Support demand review and S&OP processes.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and bias metrics.
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting demand plans.
- Utilize SAP APO Demand Planning tools.
- Minimum 4 years of Demand Planning experience.
- Combination of Demand and Supply Planning experience may be considered.
- Experience with SAP APO Demand Planning.
- Strong forecasting and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience.
- Experience supporting commercial planning teams.
- Experience with in complex, matrixed organizations.
