Gerflor USA is seeking an Order Fulfillment Planner to optimize customer orders through Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will own the Order Fulfillment Worksheet and coordinate between Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse Operations to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
Key activities include reviewing orders, prioritizing by promise dates, allocating inventory, resolving exceptions, and monitoring KPIs such as on-time shipment and aging of the OFW.
