At Gozney, how our products move from factory to customer is a critical part of the brand experience. The Manager, Global Logistics & Distribution owns the performance and continuous improvement of our global logistics and distribution network, balancing service, cost, speed and resilience as we scale. This role works across freight, warehousing, 3PLs, carriers, import/export and customs to protect gross margin and ensure we deliver a premium level of service to our customers and commercial partners.

This is a hands-on, commercially minded role that sits at the center of Operations and Supply Chain, partnering closely with Sales, Ecommerce, CX, Product, Finance, Demand Planning and our factory teams. You will use data, strong partner management and practical problem-solving to build a more scalable, visible and cost-disciplined logistics network.

• Own day-to-day performance of Gozney’s global inbound and outbound logistics network across DTC, retail and distributor channels.
• Recommend and implement optimal transportation modes, routing, carrier and equipment solutions to balance service, capacity and cost.
• Direct and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activity, resolving transportation, import/export, capacity and customer issues quickly and practically.
• Ensure the network is scalable and resilient enough to support growth, launches, peak periods and changing regional demand.

• Build strong relationships with 3PL, warehouse and transportation partners while maintaining clear commercial accountability.
• Negotiate transportation and warehousing rates, contracts and service levels across parcel, LTL, FTL and inbound freight.
• Measure and improve partner performance through scorecards, KPIs and regular business reviews covering service, quality, OTIF, damages, claims and budget performance.
• Prepare monthly and annual volume forecasts for 3PL and transportation partners and coordinate capacity against expected demand.
• Ensure carrier and 3PL compliance with agreed policies and service standards, including transit times, damage rates and customer experience expectations.
• Develop annual and quarterly transportation and warehousing budgets and provide clear monthly reporting on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, including routing, shipping modes, volume, carrier mix and warehouse strategy.
• Identify, prioritize and deliver logistics and supply-chain opportunities that improve gross margin, reduce waste and create better service outcomes.
• Manage inbound cost points including freight, duties, HTS codes and customs-related costs.
• Ensure billing is accurate and claims, credits and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.

• Create scalable logistics policies, SOPs, reporting and ways of working that improve visibility, consistency and accountability.
• Establish the performance metrics that matter most to the business and use data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
