Housekeeper – Tower Main

New Earth Residential is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Tower Main community in Salt Lake City, UT. The position is full‑time (5 days per week, 8 hours per day) and requires occasional weekend and emergency service hours.

General Summary
Support all aspects of community operations under the direction of the Service Supervisor and Community Manager. Perform daily cleaning duties, maintain resident standards, and report any maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean office lobby and common areas per schedule.
• Gather and dispose of trash daily; monitor trash rooms.
• Service and sanitize restrooms daily; touch up fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment in fitness and common rooms.
• Prepare cleaning solutions, steam or shampoo carpets, and polish floors.
• Notify the Service Supervisor of any major repairs or additions and file service requests.
• Complete requisitions for supplies and equipment as needed.
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, and event furnishings.
• Perform related duties as assigned and follow all safety precautions.
• Provide courteous and pleasant service to residents to ensure a 5‑star experience.

Preferred Knowledge / Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Superior customer service orientation.
• Independent operator with strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and adaptability to a fast‑moving environment.
• Team player with strong verbal, written, and organization skills.
• Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Ability to track and inventory materials and parts.
• Physical requirement: lift or exert 25 lbs. of force and handle chemicals.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but training will be provided.
