The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Perform hazardous waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping, receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Observe and stop at-risk behavior of others and self.
• Collaborate with team members and co-workers.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co‑workers, managers, and customers.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Assist shift lead in completing punch‑list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems and environmental impact.

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license required; forklift certified may be required.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use.

• Frequently required to sit, talk, or listen.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Monday–Friday 1:00 pm–9:30 pm $16.50 per hour.
