Nxt Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Lotus Republic team in Salt Lake City, UT. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a desire for growth. In this role, you'll help maintain the physical integrity of our community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

• Complete daily maintenance tasks across the community, including light groundskeeping
• Respond to service requests and perform repairs in occupied homes
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet Nxt's high standards
• Work closely with the maintenance and office team to support community operations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Plumbing, electrical, appliance, and wall repair experience
• Groundskeeping knowledge
