- Lead all field staff on one or more high‑value commercial interior, retail, or building renovation projects.
- Ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors while coordinating schedules and material readiness with Project Managers.
- Handle all correspondence and forms required by the rand
* office—including daily reports, timesheets, safety reports, and accident reports. - Represent the client and client leadership on schedule, updates, and challenges, communicating plans and alternative solutions.
- Periodically audit jobsites during site walks to ensure standards are being met and assist teams with complex and specialty quality control issues.
- Assist teams with pre‑punch walks to identify quality trends and ensure a smooth, timely punch list process.
- 8 years experience as a lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, or building renovation projects.
- Expertise managing projects up to $10M.
- Experience directing subcontractors and scheduling all work according to the project schedule.
- High school diploma and two years of college preferred; or equivalent years of experience required.
- Proven track record of independent judgment and decision‑making when faced with confidential or non‑routine matters.
- Display exemplary performance in all project safety‑related categories.
- Interface with the client and client leadership at the highest level on schedule, updates, and challenges.

- Assist teams with complex and specialty quality control issues.
- Assist teams with pre‑punch walks to identify quality trends and ensure a smooth, timely punch list process.
- Act as point of contact to client.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
