CRSA is seeking an experienced
** Senior Project Manager
** to lead complex architectural projects from early planning through completion. This role is responsible for driving project success through strong leadership, clear communication, technical oversight, and client relationship management. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants while coordinating internal teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with CRSA's design and quality standards.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple and/or large-scale projects
- Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate project teams (architects, designers, technical staff, consultants) to ensure design integrity and technical quality
- Monitor project progress, manage milestones, and oversee changes to scope, schedule, and budget
- Facilitate project meetings including client updates, design reviews, and internal coordination sessions
- Oversee project documentation such as contracts, fee proposals, work plans, and invoicing
- Support contract negotiation and administration in collaboration with firm leadership
- Manage project risk and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting delivery
- Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements, code compliance, and permit approvals
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, supporting growth and development
- Contribute to business development through client relationships, interviews, and proposal support
- Professional degree in Architecture (

* B.Arch or M.Arch**) - ** 10+ years
** of progressive architectural experience with significant project management responsibility - Proven ability to manage complex projects across various sectors (commercial, civic, education, healthcare, residential, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design process, construction methods, building systems, and code compliance
- Proficiency in project management tools (
** Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint preferred**), Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office - Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing consultant teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams
- LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience is a plus
