Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a qualified full-time senior project manager to join our growing company. The position requires you to collaborate with our customers to help lead the projects, coordinate all construction activities to ensure on‑time completions and ensure budgets are met. Competitive wages based on experience. This is a salaried position with office hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5 pm.

The senior project manager’s role requires technical expertise, leadership, sales, and project management skills. It also requires coordination with building owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into building designs. We are looking for team players, able to work well with others, and have a good attitude and work ethic. The senior project manager job requires you to manage unexpected challenges, such as delays, budget overruns, or design changes along with producing project schedules, project estimates and managing strong relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely material and equipment procurement.

• Strong knowledge of all types of commercial HVAC systems
• Demonstrable problem‑solving project management experience and skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Bluebeam
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be punctual and willing to work at least 40 hours per week
• Must have a positive attitude and be self‑motivated
