Provide regional leadership of plant operations, ensuring high quality, safety, and customer service while meeting production and budget objectives.

• Direct and coordinate production and delivery activities through supervisory staff.
• Establish production and quality control standards, develop budget and cost controls.
• Plan and direct production priorities to align with cost factors.
• Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance, and quality control for optimal utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Analyze reports to determine causes of non-conformity and implement operating methods to improve product quality.
• Revise production schedules and priorities in response to customer demands, equipment failure, and operating problems.
• Consult with engineering personnel on equipment modifications to improve production and quality.
• Administer discipline and manage hiring/firing authority.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Approve purchases and monitor disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Participate in management review and oversee inventory levels, training records, and personnel actions.
• Ensure operational needs of the region and its customers are met in a timely and safe manner.

Your Profile
• College degree or equivalent in engineering or technical field.
• Five to ten years plant management experience in a chemical or related industry.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate with other branches, departments, and personnel.
• Computer skills sufficient to efficiently perform job requirements.
• Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures pertaining to the branch operation.
