Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee operational data quality, audit programs, and team performance. This role is responsible for establishing standards, strengthening governance practices and driving continuous improvement across operational data functions. The Manager will lead a professional team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and partner across the organization to improve compliance, efficiency, and performance outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing professional team.
- Establish and strengthen operational data quality standards and governance practices.
- Oversee audit programs, including tool design, reporting, and corrective action planning.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Partner cross‑functionally to align data practices with organizational priorities.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement data‑driven improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience leading audits and implementing compliance improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance through data.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
