Our Pediatric Orthopaedic team serves patients across multiple locations, supporting providers, clinical teams, and front‑office staff in delivering coordinated, compassionate care. As Clinic Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping clinic culture, driving performance, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Directly supervise supervisors, front office staff, and clinical support teams
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Lead regular staff and leadership meetings to drive alignment and engagement

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple sites
  • Monitor staffing models, schedules, and coverage to ensure efficient workflows
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
  • Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and quality initiatives

Partner with Providers & Leadership

  • Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to optimize clinic flow
  • Support service line growth, new provider onboarding, and clinic expansion efforts
  • Use data and reporting tools to track productivity, access, and performance metrics
  • Participate in strategic planning and department initiatives

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Monitor clinic budgets, productivity targets, and resource utilization
  • Review revenue cycle workflows to ensure accuracy in scheduling, registration, and authorizations
  • Support supply management, capital requests, and operational planning
Minimum Qualifications

EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Senior Manager, Operations Management – Division/Business Unit (Non-Executive):
Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 8 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 6 years of directly related work experience.
