As a General Manager
, you will lead the restaurant, mentor and develop team members, and ensure the store’s success. You will:
- Instill Wendy’s culture within your team and motivate staff to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Have total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant
- Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service environment with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.)
- Strong background in restaurant operations with benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
- Passion for developing and leading teams and a commitment to excellence
