As Clinic Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping clinic culture, driving performance, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities- lead & develop the team: directly supervise supervisors, front office staff, and clinical support teams; recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability; foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement; lead regular staff and leadership meetings to drive alignment and engagement.
- drive operational excellence: oversee daily clinic operations across multiple sites; monitor staffing models, schedules, and coverage to ensure efficient workflows; identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions; ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards; maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and quality initiatives.
- partner with providers & leadership: collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to optimize clinic flow; support service line growth, new provider onboarding, and clinic expansion efforts; use data and reporting tools to track productivity, access, and performance metrics; participate in strategic planning and department initiatives.
- financial & administrative oversight: monitor clinic budgets, productivity targets, and resource utilization; review revenue cycle workflows to ensure accuracy in scheduling, registration, and authorizations; support supply management, capital requests, and operational planning.
Equivalency statement: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Senior Manager, Operations Management – Division/Business Unit (Non‑Executive) requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 8 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 6 years of directly related work experience.

- Working knowledge of EMR systems (EPIC experience preferred).
