Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Production Test Technician 2 based in Salt Lake City, UT
. This will be a 4th shift weekend position (12 hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

• Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
• Lay out and assemble units for production equipment according to designs and specifications.
• Adjust and calibrate systems as needed. Modify equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches.
• Correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed.
• Use hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
• May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in both written and verbal communication, work in a team environment, and have the ability to operate independently under minimal supervision.

• High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline.
• Experience utilizing digital multi-meters and/or other lab test equipment.
• Ability to work 4th shift (12 hours Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
• Experience reading, understanding and following assembly instructions and test procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship required.

• Associate’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline.
• Experience working in a manufacturing testing environment.
• Experience working closely with Test and Manufacturing engineers.
• Experience trouble‑shooting navigational instruments.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Primary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
